How to do this in public?

Ok so I was in the park and I had to go pee and I found a cup in the trashcan and let er go in it but a lady walked by when I was in that vital moment of finishing and transferring my dk back into my pants from the cup and the lady happened to look over at that time and saw me. Do u guys have any tips of how I could prevent this other than actually using a restroom.
