Where can I buy hollow needles in a real store?

I want to pierce my lip and give myself angel bites without having to pay $70 to get it done when I can do it myself. I've pierced my ears all around, my belly button, my nose, and a lot of my friends so I know what I'm doing. I would just buy them online but I don't have a credit card available to me so I'm not able to do that. I would just use my normal large sewing needles, cow needles or giant safety pins but the last time i did that for my lip the ring didn't go through all the way because it closed up too soon. So if I could get some help it would be deeply appreciated. Thanks!!
