GUYS! Do you like when your girl kisses youre neck?!?

Okay heres the whats up. Me and my boyfriend are both 16, and were eachother first relationships. Also weve been dating for 3 months anddd 3 days. We just made out for the first time on our 3 month aniversary, (we didnt use tongue cause were not ready yet) but other than no tongue, it was DEFINITELY making out. SO before we made out. He was criss crossed, and I was sitting on his lap, kind of straddling him, and he was kissing my neck and stuff, ( i told him I liked it, Because I do, it feels really nice and it excites me. Whenever he comes over, hes been kising my neck, so hes been getting practice. Butttt. First of all, what do I do other than just sit there while hes kissing my neck? Also Should I kiss HIS neck? If hes gonna do that to make me feel good, what can I do to make him feel good, although he said he loves to kiss my neck. But, Can I kiss His neck? If soo, How can I make it feel nice, because I dont want to like, make a fool out of myself, and have him feel really like...wtf is she doing to my neck? lol Please help me! I know I sound kinda pathetic right now, but please, serious answers, and tips on how I can spice it up a little when hes kissing my neck, and when Im kissing his (if i do).. Thanks!
