What type of hollow point bullets do I have?

I have some rounds in my Ruger Lcr 38. Special that someone gave me. Their labeled Wcc+p+ I know they are winchester pp rounds but the actual bullet is a lead hollow point joined with copper filling at the base...just curious if these are good rounds to carry in my gun and if so where can I buy more?
