Will ichigo lose all his power?including hollow powers?

Just before ichigo released the final getsuga tensho and then used mugetsu, there was a cut scene which showed how zangetsu told him he would lose his shinigami powers. And because his hollow fused with zangetsu because they were originally one, does this mean he loses his hollow powers aswell.
