Can I touch up my roots with Revlon Frost & Glow?

I have natural dark blonde hair. I recently used Revlon Frost & Glow with the pull through cap to give it some highlights. I love it! It worked great, and since I'm a college student who can't afford the salon, I love it even more. However, it's been a few months and my dark blonde roots are growing out and it looks kind of dumb. Can I use the same kit again to touch up the roots? The highlights have faded some and I figure I'll leave the bleach on the roots more than the ends to prevent it from being too blonde. Has anyone ever done something similar? Did it work? THANKS!!!
