How should I be eating if I run a lot?
I'm a high school runner, elite, and I wanted to know how I should be eating to get good performances? I usually start the day off with Eggo's, lots of syrup, bowl of frosted flakes, and a glass of orange juice or milk. for lunch I will have a sandwich on french bread with turkey, Colby cheese, and lettuce, I will also have 6 Oreos (yes I know that's a lot, that's why I'm asking this question, so i can get better about eating) Then for dinner I might have Carls jr. western bacon chese burger, criss cut fries, and a milkshake. For dinner it changes often. mabey chicken and rice, or spaghetti. But most of the time I eat out, due to running late at track and not having enough time to make something for dinner. I eat lots of meats. Please tell me an ideal diet for me. Thank you!
