BLEACH question.. ichigo..?

hes now part of the group call xcution.. soo hes not a soul reaper anymore? no more bankai? or hollow ichigo?? and not a vizard anymore?? like no hollow mask?? so im guessing hes not as srtong as he was before since he has no bankai? and whats gonna happen with him and the soul society?? i dont undertsnad anymore :( my question is.. will any of that stuff like bakai,vizard mask, hollow ichigo, soul society ever come back?? will he get his shinigami powers back.. like he will be soul reaper and fullbring??
