Im really terrified of cockroaches?

Im a teen girl and I was laying in bed watching a movie,when i saw a cockroach crawling on my matress,towards my pillow(next to my head).I screamed like a murder victim and ran to my parents room.I woke up my mom and we spent a while looking for the roach.Who we then saw on the wall...I was akwardly walking on my tiptoes hoping i wouldnt step on another one and I started uncontrollably crying..my mom called me physoctic and i kind of even agree...I couldnt step back in my room,my mom forced me.Now im sitting in a chair in the middle of the room with my legs criss cross with all the lights on and I feel like ive had 30 cups of coffee,all beacuase of a bug.Help me?! What do i do? ;(
