How can i tone up my body?

(im a guy so the amount of reps and of # will vary ) don't run on a treadmill LOL run outside the heat will and running will exercise all your muscles with less stress on your knees. i recently did the same thing and was amazed with the results. i ran 2 miles every morning 5 days a week, then did about 4 reps of 25 sit ups, for thighs i actually took up in line skating at local outdoor sidewalks (the key to in line skating is the combination of rocking the hip motion combined with the massive amount of quadriceps and hamstring stretching) other ways of working thighs is running, hiking, or wake boarding. as for shoulder i did about 3 reps of 15 of lateral pull downs and behind the head pull downs. its takes alot of dedication and commitment but it is totally worth it within the next 4 months :) i used to be very self conscience about my but i started the commitment and i now great and love the fact that i turn heads lol. just do the most natural approach to working out and don't do all the pills and artificial things that television tricks you into trying ( you ll save alot of money)
