I had a minor sprain on my ankle in tennis 2-3 months ago but occasionally it still hurts if i bend it a certain way or apply pressure for an amount of time by sitting criss cross on the floor, can i still run rigourusly for cross country? My team generally runs 4-8 miles for practice each day. Will it damage my ankle? it feels fine when i walk or ruun around right now but i havent run more than a mile in a long time so i dont know if the distance will cause some damage.
